Russian Shoppers Poisoned By Gas
And you think holiday shopping in the US sucks. At least Wal-Mart doesn't gas us, at least, I think they don't gas us.
More than 70 people were sickened after gas was released Monday in a chain store and boxes with glass containers attached to wires were found in three other outlets of the same store.
Police have ruled out terrorism, saying the store chain had received menacing letters threatening to disrupt business. Police are calling it a business dispute.
That's one hell of a business dispute. Here in America our business disputes are settled with broken windows and threats over the phone. No one is willing to go as far as releasing sickening gas inside a store. We Americans wouldn't take the time to set something like that up. Way too much energy involved.
