News of Ariel Sharon's improvement seems to be getting more and more hopeful. Maybe tomorrow he'll groan and fart.

Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon showed movement on the left side of his body on Tuesday as doctors pressed on with efforts to rouse him from an induced coma.

I have to question the need to report on every single tiny movement made by Sharon as he is slowly roused from his coma. Reading news that he moved his finger doesn't answer the big question everyone wants to know and that is if he will be able to return to his Prime Minister post or if he will even be able to live a normal life. I want to know the outcome, not the lead in. This is why sometimes the media succeeds in increasing hopes only to smash them in one big negative let down.
