Iraqi Government Declares State of Emergency
Now? I thought it's been a state of emergency for about three years now.
The Iraqi government declared a state of emergency in Baghdad after American forces were involved in quelling a firefight in the city's center.
Is there anything stronger than a state of emergency cause Baghdad needs it.
