North Korea invites chief US nuclear envoy for talks

Ok...but will there be cake and coffee?

North Korea invited the chief US envoy to stalled nuclear talks to visit Pyongyang, but said Washington must prove it is committed to an agreement that offers the North concessions for abandoning its nuclear program.

Concessions? Like what, cookies? I have a feeling that, with the US concentrating mainly on Iran and their nuclear program, North Korea is feeling ignored and left out.
"If the US has a true political intention to implement the joint statement we kindly invite once again the head of the US side's delegation to the talks to visit Pyongyang and directly explain it to us."

No nuclear bombs for you. Clear enough? We don't like the idea of you having big bombs. Scary.
