Ethics 'refreshers' for troops

Shooting terrorists and insurgents = good
Shooting civilians = bad
Tomorrow we'll cover beating children into comas and why that's bad.

US military officials announced on Thursday an ethical refresher program for all coalition forces in Iraq in the wake of the killing of a pregnant woman and furor surrounding an alleged shooting rampage by US marines.

I'll be the first to admit that opening fire on innocent people is not a nice thing to do and if my family was killed in a similiar way I would probably detonate a few roadside bombs myself but my problem is the media fixating on this when the real, true enemy of the Iraq people are the people blowing them up day after day.
I'd like to see the media focus on the foreign terrorists in Iraq and the horrors they subject the Iraqi people to everyday. If we're going to make our soldiers look bad, maybe we should remind people there is a greater evil lurking the streets of Baghdad.
